Miss Rogelie A. Catacutan of Barangay Bio-os bagged the title for “Miss Amlan 2006” during the selection night last November 27, 2006 at the Amlan Plaza. She is the daughter of Mr. Winston Catacutan and Mrs. Aida Catacutan. She was awarded Best in Production Number, Best in Swimsuit, Best in Gown, Best Speaker and Miss Photogenic. Miss Janice Emate of Barangay Poblacion and Miss Jay Dawn Esparcia of Barangay Jantianon won as 1^st Runner-Up and Second Runner-Up, respectively.
