Fever of at least 3 days duration, with generalized blotchy maculopapular rashes; with history of cough, coryza, conjunctivitis or Koplik’s spots.

Mode of Transmission:
Airborne by droplet spread
Direct contact with nasal and throat secretions of infected persons
Less commonly by articles freshly soiled with nose and throat secretions
