I believe that the effective and efficient governance is exemplified through the cooperation among the constituents within our political unit.

My administration is hinged in the principle of democracy. By this, the needs of my constituents are given the best priority and encouraging them to participate in every endeavor that we are going to undertake.

I have the confidence to say, with the untiring cooperative efforts of the Barangay council that we are able to prove to our beloved constituents that public service is our utmost priority.

Relatively, the Barangay Council has been implementing projects such as rural electrification, water sewerage system, drainage: Barangay roads, solid waste management among others.

With this, I would like to thank the Congressman, Provincial Government, the Amlan Municipal Government, my BHW's, Tanods and my constituents who wholehearted help for the realization of all of these projects and program.

May the Almighty God continue to enlighten and guide us to be more responsible, transparent and accountable local officials.

• Rationale - Comprehensive Theory

      Economists view of how a rational person would make decisions theories of rational decision making developed by Mathematicians, Psychologists.

Elements:

• The decision makes confronted with so many problems and separates them from other problems or compare them.
• Goals, value or objectives are clarified and vanked according to their importance.
• Examination of various alternatives in dealing with problems.
• Investigation on the consequences from the selection of each alternative.
• Comparison on the alternative and its corresponding consequences.
• Choose that alternative fits consequences that maximizes the attainment of goals, values and objectives.
